HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 24 hours to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 2 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

How long does shipping take?

After your payment has been cleared, most good are shipped within a couple of days and take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, but sometimes might take longer due to unforeseen shipping delays usually due to volume.
